At South Florida SealCoat, we are upfront and honest about our pricing.
We always provide a written estimate.
Our estimates are not just some fuzzy numbers that we plucked out of the air. We provide a simple yet comprehensive worksheet that we include with your formal estimate that breaks down every detail of how your estimate was calculated.
There are several things that we take into account when calculating your estimate. These include: roof square footage, roof pitch, type of roof (shingle, flat tile, barrel tile), the condition of your roof (how dirty it is), site conditions (landscaping, gutters, other special considerations) labor requirements, how high it is (One story or Two..) and of course there are seperate prices (and pricing formulas) for South Florida SealCoat's Safe Roof Cleaning vs. Roof Pressure Cleaning.
South Florida SealCoat ALWAYS provides a written estimate for each client based on the conditions and requirements to properly clean their roof. However that being said, we have been asked many times if we could provide some very generic ball park guidelines for costs to have a roof cleaned. So please remember that these are VERY GENERIC GUIDELINES.
Safe Roof Cleaning will typically cost somewhere between $250-$650. (The actual pricing ranges from $0.13 - $0.20 per Sq. Ft.) Please remember that the actual pricing takes into account the several variables which we discussed above.
Having your Roof Pressure Cleaned will typically cost somewhere between $150-$500. (The actual pricing ranges from $0.08 - $0.11 per Sq. Ft.) The actual pricing for roof pressure cleaning takes into account less variables and is the more economical of the two roof cleaning options we provide..

Most customers pay us with checks, a few pay with cash, but South Florida SealCoat now also accepts Paypal, Mastercard and Visa (processed through Paypal). If you choose to use Paypal, you will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. (We appologise for the processing fee, but that's what Paypal charges us, and we don't want to have to have to universally increase our estimates to all of our customers to cover the processing fees. We hope you understand.)
Also please note, all payments made by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard require prepayment in full at least one (1) day prior to the commencement of work. We appologise for this policy, but due to Florida statutes, work completed on a home owners property where a credit card payment is then declined is far more difficult for to collect. Hense the reason for this this policy.
